MicaJon brings more than 16 years of healthcare leadership experience to Unbound Living. Prior to founding the organization, he served at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he held multiple leadership and clinical roles within the Neurosurgery Department, including:

As CEO, MicaJon sets the vision and culture for Unbound Living, ensuring services are delivered in alignment with approved waivers, ISP goals, and collaborative team coordination. His leadership emphasizes empathy, consistency, and thoughtful systems that support both individuals and staff.
